Hughes Net internet Consumer Complaint
We had Hughesnet when we lived in California. We just recently moved and had planned on keeping our services with Hughesnet and having it installed in our new home. Unfortunately, the place in which we live now has no line of site and we cant even get a signal!!!!! We called to have our services cancelled since we cant get services at our new home and they are STILL charging me for half of the termination fee which isn't cheap!!!! Even tho we cant control it!!! Hughes Net internet Consumer Complaint
I have now had Hughes Net for 9 days! Worst internet we have ever had! Takes forever to download and can barely get service half the time! They didn't even bother to tell me, that they would be putting a satellite as big as half the house on my roof, with wires tacked down all the way from roof to a hole they drilled in my bricks of my house! I didn't notice it till the next morning when I was leaving for work!
